Machine Overview
This type of radiator leak testing machine injects compressed air into the interior of the radiator and then maintains pressure to determine if there is a leak.
This machine’s pressure sensor is highly precise, and its minimum pressure can detect a leakage value of 1pa. This accuracy is sufficient for testing radiator leakage.
This machine has PLC control to automate the entire testing process, and the touch screen can set test parameters and detect leakage values for multiple purposes.

Radiator leak testing machine characteristic
1. The workbench of this machine is made by sheet metal bending and laser welding. The thickness of the steel plate is 1.5mm,
Spray paint on the surface. There is an SS304 package on the surface of the workbench.
The workbench has multiple storage spaces and drawers for storing tools and reporting files on the leak-testing machine.
2. This testing machine does not have a complex operating process; ordinary workers can operate it smoothly after simple training.
3. The device already has reserved output ports, allowing users to connect to a printer and print labels for the test results of each heat sink to track its traceability.
4. Due to the leakage testing of the radiator, inflation, pressure balancing, leakage testing, Pressure relief, and other processes,
Therefore, we have designed two workstations for this machine to improve production efficiency.
5. You Only need one machine; you can test almost all aftermarket radiators and car air conditioning heaters. Different sizes of radiators only require the replacement of different sealing tools
6. Each button switch is equipped with built-in LED lighting, making it easy for workers to distinguish and avoid pressing the wrong button during work
