Working principle
This tube expansion machine is designed for the professional production of large-sized heat exchangers, and its working mode is usually as follows
- Place the core of the industrial heat exchanger flat on the workbench
- Insert the tube into the core, organize the fins, and allow each fin to expand evenly and freely
- Use specialized tools to expand the pipe,
- Align the machine’s tools with the copper tube, press the start button to expand the tube, and when the tube is fully expanded, the machine will automatically retract
