Copper material radiator

Brazing technology for car radiators

The production of brazed radiators requires mastery of brazing technology, one of the most important techniques throughout the production process.

The correct steps are to spray the brazing agent on the surface of the aluminum core, dry it to evaporate the moisture, preheat and braze it, and then cool the radiator core.

During the brazing process, engineers cannot perceive the temperature changes and chemical reactions of the aluminum core in the furnace, which makes it difficult to control the brazing quality accurately,
