Machine Overview
This Bender pipe machine produces copper hairpin tubes for heat exchangers. It can bend four tubes simultaneously, while ordinary equipment’s maximum bending length is 2.5 meters.
The bending equipment has undergone multiple design improvements and can replace molds to bend copper pipes of different sizes, significantly increasing production efficiency.
When the hairpin copper tube is bent, the equipment’s servo motor-driven device automatically pushes out the copper tube, making it easy for workers to operate and work for a long time without fatigue.

1, Run the machine
The control panel of this machine is very simple. Press the green start button to operate the machine
2, Bender copper pipes
Insert copper pipes into the four workstations of the machine, press the foot switch, and the machine will automatically bend the pipes
3, Pipe unloading
When the copper tube is bent, the machine will automatically push the tube out of the machine, and workers will not feel tired in this production mode
4, Organize hairclip tubes
When the hairpin tube bending is completed, workers need to put it in a container and send it to the next position, and the bender Tube machine work is all completed.

Installation precautions
This machine must be connected to a 380V three-phase power supply and compressed air at a pressure of 0.4-0.6mpa.
The installation of this machine is simple, but its maximum length is 2.5 meters, and the factory’s height must be greater than 3.5 meters. Adequate space needs to be reserved in the machine’s operating area.
The first operation of the machine requires adjusting the foot screws of the equipment, and the bending machine is not allowed to swing during the operation.
